Please read the following terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your service, by booking in an appointment with Bombshell Beaute, this means that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Bombshell Beaute ensures the privacy of all clients and will not disclose their personal information/details to any third party.
If you have any cold or flu symptoms, or you or someone within your household has been unwell in the last 14 days, please contact us to reschedule your appointment and this also includes having the right to refuse any treatment during the consultation process if there is any concern.
Bombshell Beaute follows the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Public Health Act 2010. Bombshell Beaute has the right to refuse any treatment during the consultation process if there is any hygiene concern or contraindications.
Bombshell Beaute apologises if this leaves you disheartened, but we take all precautions to ensure the health and safety of all our clients and our staff.
Bombshell Beaute values their clients time and expects the same in return. Each treatment has a delegated timeframe, therefore, if you are late to your appointment by more than 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled for the next suitable availability.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment and if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, you are required to do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If failed to cancel 24 hours prior, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of your next/ongoing appointments.
As you are paying for Bombshell Beaute’s time and expenses used to provide your treatment, there are no refunds for any reason. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact Jazz within 48 hours to return for a complimentary appointment to ensure your concerns are addressed.
Cash is preferred, however EFTPOS and AfterPay are accepted.
